The activity starts with a compulsory safety briefing. If you are late and miss the safety briefing, we have the right to refuse your participation and no refund will be given!

Limitations
- Minimum age to ride on the boat: 3 years
- Minimum age to drive the boat: 18 years
- Weight limit on the boat: 225 kg / 500 lbs (total)
- Wearing shoes in the boat is not allowed
- Pregnant women and people with back, neck or heart problems are not allowed
Cancellation and refunds
- Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the commencement of the tour
- Full refund if supplier cancels the tour
- No refund if you don’t show up for the tour or you do not cancel at least 48 hours in advance
- No refund if you are late and miss the safety briefing and therefore not allowed to go on the tour
- Supplier gets to decide if the weather is good enough to run the tour
- Rescheduling is possible once up to 24 hours before the tour
- Rescheduling is not possible within 24 hours before the tour
